Booking & Allotment
Plot allotments are subject to real-time availability and will be confirmed only upon receiving the initial token advance payment along with verified identification documents. The developer reserves the right to accept or cancel bookings before agreement signing.

Any legal disputes or claims arising out of plot bookings, site transactions, or layout information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thanjavur / Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
