Booking & Allotment

Plot allotments are subject to real-time availability and will be confirmed only upon receiving the initial token advance payment along with verified identification documents. The developer reserves the right to accept or cancel bookings before agreement signing.

Our advertised up to 80% bank loan support is provided as facilitating assistance with leading financial partners. Final loan approval, interest rates, and loan-to-value ratios are strictly subject to individual borrower eligibility and credit checks by the lending bank.

Regulatory Compliance

This residential layout project is fully DTCP approved and RERA registered. Specific registration certificates, approved survey layouts, and legal title documents are open for inspection and will be handed over to buyers during the registration process.

Jurisdiction & Disputes

These terms of service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of plot bookings, site transactions, or layout information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thanjavur / Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
